Context
This project aimed to study the service design process along with marketing and IT teams for a car insurance company. At the same time helps auto insurers to find a new service opportunity byreaching more customers. The result of this project led to building an application of a car maintenance service.

Understanding User and Finding Opportunity
Interviewed with people who experience car maintenance activities. Learning about their journey and finding value from their gains, pains, and insights. Then analyzed overall of the overall research to create a design brief to suit user needs in car maintenance services.

Even during research, we discovered a lot of insights from users in car maintenance activities, we found that what almost all users want in common is convenience throughout the activity. And since most activities require an expert or skilled person hand on, they next need to make sure that they can rely on someone to take care of and repair their car in the event of a problem.
Statement
'To design a feature in the application that meets the needs of the activity
Maintenance by being an intermediary for users and garages or service centers to increase convenience and trust to users for carrying out maintenance activities.'
Design Solution Summary
Explored the solution and applied it to make a feature which will appear on the screen. Then categorized and put it in the information structure. Following with wireframe created and demonstrated usage with the scenario before the usability test.

Interface Design
After testing the wireframe with real users, it led to the creation of a more realistic mockup with more aesthetics in mind. The design theme in this project was based on iOS elements to make it easy for users to learn to use—designed as well as be concerned about the details of the display screen elements. For example, there is an indication of the mode of use through the top color bar, icons to communicate with letters, or the language used on the screen.
