Context
In partnership with Signify Health, we aimed to support their 2024 goal of increasing in-home health evaluations (IHEs) by 25%.
The challenge: how to effectively communicate the value of IHEs to adults beginning their Medicare journey.


Project Detail
Signify Health’s effort to improve engagement with in-home health evaluations. I analyzed user reviews from online platforms to uncover key perceptions, concerns, and expectations. In addition, I researched Signify Health’s service offerings to better understand the value it delivers to users. These insights helped identify opportunities to build trustand informed strategies for communicating that value across the user journey.



My action to research

Conducted secondary research to understand both user and worker perspectives toward Signify Health’s in-home services

Identified key values, benefits, pain points, and helped define the target member segment

Created a user journey map for the in-home evaluation visit experience

Researched Signify Health’s product and service offerings to inform value positioning

Participated in ideation sessions with the student team and Signify Health stakeholders

Mapped proposed solutions back to the user journey to ensure relevance and impact

Helped develop an actionable plan based on research insights and design strategy

Contributed to the executive summary and participated in the final client presentation
